DiaPro4.0 Project (Diagnostic and Prognostic Industry 4.0) aims to develop innovative system of advanced maintenance for Industry 4.0 based on predictive maintenance.

DiaPro4.0 involves Industrial Research Laboratories accredited by the Regional High Technology Network with experience in the field of mechanical transmission and diagnostic and prognostic, and with big companies based on the local territory: Bonfiglioli Riduttori and Marposs.

The main objective of the project is to identify the best predictive maintenance technologies in order to have production lines capable of a self-diagnosis about problems or defects that arise during the production process(predictive diagnostic), to estimate the remaining life of the same production line (depending on the real condition of use) and to schedule the maintenance works in advance(prognostic)

The project is developed by 3industrial Research laboratories, belonging to two Universities and involves 2 companies.
